Marc R. Gordon
Marc R. Gordon is a graduate of the Temple University School of Law, class of 1973, and selected to participate in Temple's Law Review.  Mr. Gordon specializes in civil litigation and criminal law.  Mr. Gordon is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association.

Frederic I. Weinberg
Frederic I. Weinberg, Esquire is the firm's managing partner, supervises the collection department and litigates the firm's major personal injury claims.  He is a graduate of the National Law Center at the George Washington University School of Law, class of 1984.  He also studied as a visiting student during his third year of law school at the University of Pennsylvania School of Law.  Mr. Weinberg is an active member of the Commercial Law League of America (CLLA), the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys (NARCA), the American Collectors Association (ACA, MAP Member), the International Association of Commercial Collectors (IACC) and the Debt Buyers Association.  Mr. Weinberg has served on the executive council of the eastern region of the CLLA and was the region's education chair.  He has also been a speaker at CLLA and IACC conferences, as well as the World Collection Summit.  Mr. Weinberg is also an experienced litigator, having litigated numerous six and even seven figure cases and has successfully defended FDCPA claims to verdict.  Mr. Weinberg is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Creditors Bar Association as well as the Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Philadelphia Bar Associations.
